May 23 R Garden

Things are starting to happen in R Garden ...... an empty space is planted with baby kale - these were a freebie Boulevard giveaway ... also blue flax to the right and lots of calendula

May 22 Beds 10/11and 64

Bed 64 is filling in - bush beans lower left, sunflowers in middle, Salanova red lettuce, Citizen Seed Trial tomatoes, Tithonia and two summer squash!!

Bed 10 is now providing plenty to harvest - Hong Vit leaf radish,  both pac choiand leaf lettuce - wonderful and sweet and soon the green onions will be a nice addition to my salads

"Worry" tomatoes are settling in and a lovely mix of lettuce greens

May 18 Beds 10/11 and 64

Sunflowers just sprouted in middle of Bed 64 and Tithonia transplanted (left corner of bed)

Hong Vit radish leaf (left row) is such an amazing green - fast and tasty for stir fries; the Pac choi are great chow mein veggies as well; lime green lettuce mix just starting to take off from direct seeding

here is the dwarf tomato Worry plant 6 starting to bud already!!

May 13 R Garden

R Garden starting to green up with flax, poppies and self-seeded calendula
