The tomatoes are already looking happy in their new home; also many green seedlings beginning to pop up - most of these are self sown California poppies and calendula; I sowed zinnia under the black tray to the right, but it is almost impossible at this point to distinguish between the calendula and the zinnias - hopefully soon or the zinnias with be overshadowed by the calendula!!
Dahlia tubers have put on amazing growth in the last few days - they are protected by upturned tomato cages
I just love the way the self sown seedlings are making themselves at home around the old strawberry pot - never was much good for strawberries, but the succulents are loving it
