June 25/26 Back 40

the rose has been blooming non-stop, but it appears my Canada Day red and white lily combo will not be in bloom for the event this year .....

a warm few days coming up, and managed to get some grass clippings to mulch the small square garden and my containers; dahlias, tomatoes, gladiola, garlic, snapdragon and marigold (from seed), coleus and Chandler blueberry in this bed

two big and thirsty plants - Adam cucumber at left and Bush Baby zucchini at the right - that's Lilly 9 with companion in the middle

started from seed, managed to overwinter one plant ..... Tiger Eye viola

tomatoes looking green and lush, but having a major issue with blossom drop on all varieties this year ..... very few fruit set to date

a close-up of Lilly 10 - my only potato leaf dwarf from this grow out
